(InterCELL). To return products you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) and return the products within 7 days after you receive the RMA. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15% TO RETURN PRODUCTS. InterCELL will refund the original purchase price of products, and related sales taxes, less the restocking fee. SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS UNTIL Company RECEIVES THEM. Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them. THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY. In order to properly process a refund or exchange, Customers must follow the steps and conditions set forth below. All returns to InterCELL must be accompanied by: </p> <p id="fnt012" style="padding-left:60px;"> <ol type = "number"> <li id="fnt012" > Written request of service cancelation or product return request to InterCELL Customer Support e-mail or by regular mail. If notice of termination is received from the Customer at least 5 business days prior to the end of a billing period, termination of the account will be effective at the end of such billing period. If a notice of termination is received less than 5 business days prior to the end of a billing period, termination will be effective at the end of the following billing period and charges to the account will continue to accrue until the end of the following billing period. </li> <br> <li id="fnt012" > Upon giving written consent to cancel the account you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which must be filled out and sent with the Proof of Purchase along with the hardware (including the box, all chargers and paperwork included) to: <br><br> InterCELL <br> 56 Woodview Crt SW <br> Calgary, AB T2W4X4 <br><br> All paperwork and hardware must be returned within seven (7) business days of receiving the RMA, after which time the RMA becomes void. </li> <br> <li id="fnt012" > Upon receipt of devices any paid deposits and paid devices will then be refunded subject to the terms stated, herein. Failure to comply with any of these paragraphs will result in client being invoiced for any unpaid services and payment of any hardware not returned will not be refunded.
